The product is aimed for small repair works on your car (pin holes, scratches etc.)
The technology for metallic paints:
1. use a silicon remover agent
2. apply the paint into the schratch
3. let it dry for 15 minutes
4. apply another layer of the paint
5. let it dry from 20 to 30 minutes
6. for the outside area of the damage use a sand paper of 2000 grain and grind wet
7. apply a clear varnish
8. let it dry at least 2 hours
9. apply another final layer of the varnish
10. let it dry 24 - 48 hours
11. use a sand paper of 2000 grain and grind wet
12. As a final step polish the surface with Sanding & Polishing Paste
The technology for solid paints:
1. use a silicon remover agent
2. apply the paint into the schratch
3. let it dry for 15 minutes
4. apply another layer of the paint
5. let it dry for 48 hours
6. use a sand paper of 2000 grain and grind wet
7. As a final step polish the surface with Sanding & Polishing Paste
Automotive spray paint 375ml
A solvent based acryl spray paint prepared according your specification. The color code is stated in the VIN plate on certain places of your car.
The product is suitable for minor car refinishing works (e.g.: spraying bumpers, fenders and other minor works)
Covering is aprox. 1m2 (dry film thickness aprox. 15-20 micrometers),
The paint has to be overcoated with a 1K or 2K clear varnish aprox. after 15 - 60 minutes.
We need to know all the following information:
- car brand
- year of production
- color code from the VIN plate
- year of production
- color code from the VIN plate
Instructions of use:
- if it's necessary to level the surface with a polyester putty ans sand it with a sanding paper folowing the instructions stated on the label on the putty
- spray appropriate filler
- sand the surface with a sanding paper gr. 800
- sand the surface with a sanding paper gr. 800
- spray metallic spray paint in several thin layers (1/2 + 1 + 1 + 1/2) the flash off time is 2-5 min.
- after 15 min. it's absolutelly necessary to overcoat the surface with a clear varnish in several thin layers
- if you require perfect shine the surface is polishable after 24 hours
- if you require perfect shine the surface is polishable after 24 hours
